German technical background VOK®-3610 nano auxiliary

VOK®-3610 is a nano-additive for improving the scratch resistance of radiation-curable coatings, only 0,75-3% additives can obtain good scratch resistance, abrasion resistance and abrasion resistance, and has no effect on optical properties such as gloss, color transparency or other physical properties.

This additive can also be used on elastic substrates such as PVC flooring.


Chemical composition: Surface modified alumina nanoparticle dispersion

Solvent: propylene glycol methyl ether acetate

Dosage of additives: 0,75 - 3 % of total formulation

Typical physicochemical data: Non-volatile: 33 %

Density: 1,25 g/ml
