Storage and transportation

When the temperature is lower than 0 ° C, the product may be stratified or turbid. Heat to 20 ° C and mix well. Do not exceed 50 ° C.

Product features and advantages

The additive improves the dyeing strength, minimizes floating color and shortens the dispersion time. The product can also prevent delamination of plasticizer and reduce sedimentation.

Recommended dosage

The amount of additives (in the form of purchase) is based on:

Inorganic pigment: 1-5%

Organic pigment: 1-5%

Foaming agent: 1-2%

Zinc oxide: 2%

Pigment grinding: 3%

The above recommended dosage is for reference, and the appropriate dosage shall be determined through a series of tests.

Adding method and processing guidance

The additive shall be added to the liquid component before the solid component is added.
