Continuous carbonization furnace is mainly used for carbonization of biomass materials.

Carbonized wood materials (less than 10 cm in volume) such as wood chips, rice husks, peanut husks, plant straws, bamboo chips, coconut husks, palm husks, bark, etc. are subjected to dry distillation.

The equipment is still using the principle of gasification carbonization and adopts advanced smoke-free environmental carbonization process:The whole set of equipment consists of gasification system (liquefied gas gasification machine), purification system (spray tower, cyclone dust removal, water cooling, oil water separator, fine filter) and control system (control cabinet).

The whole carbonization process is automated production, automated operation.

Working principle:

Preheat first,when the temperature reaches 280-330 degrees,discharge the materials,then turn on the LPG and ignite at the ignition port. After 20-30 minutes,ignite the bearing pool.

After the fire,the flammable gas will be recycled by the fan. The discharge pipe is double layer ,the water inside plays a cooling role. And the host part is a high temperature zone,the temperature reaches 600-700 degrees. The output is 1 ton per hour.
