Charcoal production steps:

The wood is pulverized into 3-5mm sawdust by a pulverizer→ the moisture of the sawdust is reduced to 8-12% by the dryer→The dried sawdust is processed into sticks at high temperature by the stick making machine→ the sticks are processed by carbonization furnace and formed into charcoal Briquette

Final product used for animal bedding,particle board, wood pulp paper, filler, bio-energy,etc.
