This machine is used to make sawdust into half-charcoal stick. It is equipped with the auto -controlling heating system. The byproduct of this machine can be used to heat boiler, fireplace,etc for warm in house. Using the inherent characteristics of wood raw materials, through the screw extrusion, high temperature, high pressure, the wood raw material to make micro-fiber lignin plastics combine to form a fuel rod.

The working principle of this machine is sawdust was put into the machine, the screw will push the material into the sleeve. After high temperature and high pressure, the raw materials are extruded into different shapes.
