The charcoal production line can use wood,branches,rice husks,olive dregs,strew,sawdust ,wood chips and so on as raw materials,then through crush,dry,form and carbonize ,at last,you can get charcoal.The charcoal are usually used to cook,or domestic BBQ,Iron making, steel making,it is popular in the market.

Charcoal briquette denisty is 1.3 ton/m³,Carbon content up to 85%,burning time at least 2 hours.

Charcoal production steps:
1.Use the drum chipper machine to crush your wood log or branches into wood chips,normally is 5cm.
2.Put the wood chips into hammer mill machine,the hammer mill machine can crush them into sawdust with 3-5 mm,then they are easily to shape.
3.Through the rotary dryer machine,to dry the sawdust.The moisture content of sawdust should less than 8-12%.If the moisture content bigger than 12%,they are too wet,will wear the inside of the sawdust briquette machine,but if they are less than 8%,they will hard to shape.
4.After drying,we need to put the sawdust into sawdust briquette machine,through high temperature and high pressure,the biomass briquettes will be produced,this machine can control final produce size from 15-40 cm,diameter is 5 cm;Common shapes is hexagon and square shape with hole.
5.At last,use hoisting carbonization furnace. Put the biomass briquettes into carbonization furnace,then use waste wood or other materials as heating source to heat the machine,need 50-80 kg per furnce.After 8-10 hours,you can get the charcoal briquette.
