Introduction:
MTQ series intelligent gas flow meter is an improved, national patient approved new productreleased
by our company. It can measure the temperature, pressure and flow rate of the measuring medium automatically and precisely. Besides, it can carry out automatic compensation on thetemperature, pressure and compressibility factor and directly show the medium’s volume flowrate in standard state (Pb=101.325kPa,Tb=293.15K). Working principle
When gas flows into the flow meter, first it will pass leading liquid with independent movement and speed up. Under the impact of the fluid, the turbine blade is at a certain angle with the flow direction. Then the turbine produces driving torque. After overcoming the resistance torque and friction torque, it starts to rotate. When all torques reach a balance, the rotating velocity becomes stable and this velocity is in linear relationship with the flow rate. Through rotating, the magnets in the blades change the sensor’s magnetic resistance regularly then the both ends of the sensor feel the pulse output, which is proportional to the fluid volume flow. After being amplified, the pulse signal will be send to correction instrument to process together with the pressure and temperature signal measured by the pressure and temperature sensor. Then the meter will show volume flow rate and the total volume.
