Recommended Viscosity
Normal working hours recommended viscosity: 15--400cSt.
The valve back to the oil damper, the viscosity range must be 15-200cSt.
Recommended Fluids
You can use any of the following hydraulic fluid
Petroleum-based oil: oil equivalent to ISO VG32 or VG46 of oil.
Synthesis solution: Use phosphate solution or polyol ester fluid. When using phosphate solution, with a special fluorine rubber seal.
The aqueous solution: water - glycol solution.
Working oil temperature
Oil continuous work is -15- + 70 ℃.
Pollution Control
Hydraulic fluid contamination should be controlled, otherwise it will cause damage or shorten the life of the valve.
Please ensure that the degree of contamination of NAS 1638-11 level, with 25um or more sophisticated line filter.
Assembly steps
The mounting surface of the stud screw is screwed into the entire predetermined base plate, the floor plate or pipe.
The hydraulic circuit, stacked stacking valve or solenoid valve, fitted with the O-ring mounting surface toward the base plate.
Prior to the addition valve is inserted into the bolt, confirm the valve stack of empty arrangement is correct, its ends superimposed valve.
Screw the nut on the bolt, tighten the nut with the specified torque after the test, to be re-tighten the nut within the specified torque range,
In order to achieve a sufficient degree of preload.
Pressure adjustment
Pressure adjustment, loosen the lock nut and slowly turn the handle clockwise as the pressure increases, the adjustment is completed do not forget to lock the mother.
