Installation of detector
The detector must be installed in a position where far away from humidity, heat and magnetic. Keep a distance of 10 mm (the detector surface and cabin surface).And the detector should be installed in a vertical position in the cabin.
■ Interface wiring
1,2 pins connected to power ,7,8 to loop,3,4 to output of relay 2,5,6 to output of relay 1.
■ Reset
The detector will be reseted to no-car state when the detector is power-on or when the DIPs of the sensitivities are modified.
■ Working State indication
When the power is on, the detector will calibrate automatically for 3 seconds. The green light on the board will flash and then extinguish. When a car goes through the loop, the green light shines. The relay1 (pin 5,6)connect and close. When the loop is not detected or short circuit happen, the green light will keep flashing.
■ Sensitivity Adjustment
Sensitivity is used to adjust the speed of the detecting of the vehicles. The DIP3 and 4 are used to modify (as the picture show).Use the low sensitivity level in the beginning of the set, and then turn up the levels as the actual need.
Notice:Carefully use the High level. When the loop circles is few, and the level is high..The detector will respond too fast in this state. Consequently, the detector will output a false signal (detect the free space as an occupied space)
