Ring die wood pellet production line

This line can produce high quality, density and heating value wood pellet for fuel. The pellets are uniform in size and shape. They contain very little ash and moisture.

This line has crushing, drying, pellet making, cooing and packing processes.

1) Hammer mill can reduce size of raw materials to less than 5mm. Machine adopts 55kw motor, 11kw air fan.

2) Rotary dryer. This large capacity dryer can reduce the moisture of the powders less than 20%. It has speed variable motor to adjust the rotating speed of the tube. And you can control the capacity and moisture of the final products.
