pellet cooling machine for small wood pellet plant

Normally for a pellet production line, in order to get pure pellets for packing directly, the pellet cooling machine is quite necessary. The pellet cooling machine has the function of cooling down the the temperature of pellets out of the pellet mill, also there is a rotary screen in it. The screen is keep rotating so the unformed pellets will be sifted out.

We have two models of pellet cooling macine for 200kg/h to 1000kg/h wood pellet making line. One is HSLQJ-30 and the other is HSLQJ-50. The capacity of first model is 200kg/h to 500kg/hour. It means that it can deal with maximum 500kg wood pellets per hour. The capacity of second model is 500kg/h to 1000kg/hour.

By the way, there is a dust collector for our pellet cooling machine. The dust during cooling process will be sucked into the bag collector by the fan on it.
