Application of briquette production line:

 

Briquette production line is used for making mineral powder into shaped briquettes for better using, such as coal, coking coal, charcoal, dolomite, limestone powder and other mineral powders. It can also changes metal powder into briquettes, for example, iron ore powder, alminium powder, ferrous/ nonferrous metal powders and other metal powders.

 

The main structure of mineral briquette production line:

 

This whole production consists of some flow processes as following: drying process, crushing process, mixing process, pre-pressing process, pressing process, drying process and packaging process.

 

Functions of each process:

 

1. drying process: according to moisture of raw material, you can decide to choose whether to use it. If the moisture of raw material is more than 15%, you have to use this device.
2. crushing process: in order to crush raw material in the size of less than 3mm.
3. mixing process: to mix raw material, liquid binder and dry powder binder fully and completely, to make sure feed the raw material uniformly.
4. pre-pressing process: to press the well mixed powders into fine briquettes better.
5. pressing process: produce the final briquettes.
6. drying process: to reduce moisture of final briquettes to make it more stable.
7. packaging process: to reach full automation. One bag can be from 25kgs to 50kgs.
