2-9t/h briquetting press production line

This briquetting press is used to suqeeze the dry powders into various shaped briquettes. After the raw materials are put into the hopper, they will be squeezed into the briquettes under the high pressure and temperature caused by the rotating rollers. Our machines have a booming market in south America, Asia and Afica.

The main steps:

1)dryer. To dry the materials to less than 15% moisture

2)crusher. Size should be less than 5mm

3)mixer. Add the dry and liquid binder so they are easy to mold.

4)briquetting machine. To produce the briquettes

5)dryer. Dry the production as the moisture goes up when the materials are mixed with the binder
