Introduction:

This machine is used to squeeze the metal, mineral, coke, coal and the charcoal powders into the various shaped briquettes. This is the medium capacity of the series.

The machine has three parts hopper, forming room and discharging device. Forming room is the vital part of the machine. Two rollers are fixed in the frame and they rotate to generate tremendous pressure to squeeze the powders into various shaped briquettes.

Rollers are the wearing part. Our rolllers are made of 9Cr2Mo and they have quite long application life.

Binder:

Binder plays an important role in the powder briquetting. There are two kinds of binder the dry and liquid binder. With the appropriate binder the final briquettes have high density, hardness and strength.

 

Raw materials:

According to the characteristic of the raw materials, they need different pressures and binders.

So it is very important to analyse the raw materials. The following are the two major requirements;

1) moisture should be less than 15%. If not you need a dryer

2) size should be less than 3mm. If not a crusher is necessary.

 

Final production:

Such productions are the oval, ball, oblate and other shaped briquettes according to your requirements. The quality of the final briquettes is determined by the powder self, the pressure and the binder. They are widely applied in the refractory, mining, power plant and other industries.
