Features and Benefits

The additive can improve the wettability of the pigment, and improve the visual sensory effect (color intensity, luster, haze and transparency) through a good stable pigment.

VOK®- Disper 9151 can not only reduce the viscosity level of pigment concentrate slurry and finished inkjet, but also prevent thixotropic effect.

The additive can obtain long-term storage stability without viscosity change. The additive makes the pigment particles have the same charge, thus preventing the difference. Co flocculation caused by electric charge. Good deflocculation results in smaller particles and narrower particle size distribution, thus reducing the filtration time.

VOK®- Disper 9151 can be used for various water-based, solvent based and UV curing ink-jet, stabilizing almost all commonly used ink-jet pigment varieties.

Additive dosage (purchase form) is based on pigment

Organic pigment: 20-60%

Carbon black: 30-100%

Addition method and processing guidance

Wetting dispersants should be added to the abrasives so that they are fully functional. Premix the base material and solvent/water/reactive diluent with the auxiliary agent, and then add the pigment after mixing evenly.
