Product features and advantages
AQUACER 1075 improves mechanical resistance, increases fullness and produces anti slip effect. The above characteristics are obtained by mixing the auxiliary agent with the polymer in a ratio of 3:1 (solid wax to solid polymer). Mixing in 1:6 can increase water resistance and alcohol resistance, prevent heel marks (resistant to heel scratches), and have good antifouling performance. AQUACER 1075 has good compatibility with common polymer dispersions and plasticizers.
Recommended use
AQUACER 1075 is recommended for self luminous lotion and polishes.
Recommended dosage
2-5% of auxiliary dosage (purchased form) is based on the total formula.
The above recommended dosage is for reference, and good dosage shall be determined through a series of tests.
Adding method and processing guidance
It is better to mix polymer, plasticizer and water first, then add wax additive slowly under stirring, and then add other surfactants.
Water-based printing ink
Product features and advantages
AQUACER 1075 improves the wear resistance of printing ink or varnish and reduces the friction coefficient.
Recommended dosage
2-5% of auxiliary dosage (purchased form) is based on the total formula.
The above recommended dosage is for reference, and good dosage shall be determined through a series of tests.
Adding method and processing guidance
The additive shall be added at low shear rate. Mix well before use.
