when used with hard foam VOK®- P 9904 can accelerate the emulsification of foaming agent and polyether polyol in the foaming process. Recommended use

VOK®- P 9904 is used as processing aid, for rigid polyurethane foam foamed with hydrocarbons or HFC (hydrofluorocarbons) and soft foam based on polyether polyol blends.

Recommended dosage

0.2-2% auxiliary dosage (purchased form) is based on prepolymer or polyether polyol blend.

The above recommended dosage is for reference, and good dosage shall be determined through a series of tests.
