ADG749 is a single-chip CMOS SPDT switch. The switch is designed on a submicron process, providing low power consumption but high switching speed, low resistance, and low leakage current.
The ADG749 can operate within a single power range of 1.8 V to 5.5 V, making it an ideal choice for battery powered instruments and analog equipment companies for the next generation of DADCs and ADCs.
Each switch of ADG749 has good conductivity in both directions when turned on. ADG749 shows a switching action before interruption. Due to advanced submicron technology, it can achieve a bandwidth of -3dB greater than 200 MHz.
