VOK ®- Dispener W-920 is a special wetting and dispersing agent, especially suitable for the dispersion of organic pigments and iron oxide pigments in water-based systems; It also has good dispersion and stability effect on medium and low pigment carbon black.

Main ingredients: anionic surfactant

Appearance: yellowish clear liquid

Active ingredients: 48-50%

Solvent: ethylene glycol monobutyl ether/water

Specific gravity: about 1.03

Acid value: 20-30 mg KOH/g

Addition%: 10-30 (for organic pigments)  20-80 for carbon black

Main functions: providing dispersion stability of organic pigments and carbon black; With good wetting power, it can reduce grinding time and viscosity of abrasive; Excellent dispersion effect, can be made into high pigment content paste; When mixing colors, it can improve the color spread of pigments and reduce color separation and blossoming; Good dispersion stability can effectively prevent pigment flocculation.

Application fields: water-based paint, water-based ink, water-based color paste, leather paint;

Usage: add and disperse with pigment before grinding.

Addition amount: 10-30% (stock solution to powder) for organic pigments, 25-80% (stock solution to powder) for carbon black series; Add 4-8% to iron oxide series pigments.
