[Overview] VOK ®- Defom 3100 is a non-silicone solvent-based defoamer, suitable for foam suppression and defoaming of solvent-based or solvent-free systems.

Appearance: colorless to yellow clear liquid

Non-volatile: 44-46%

Solvent: aromatic hydrocarbon solvent

Specific gravity: 0.86-0.89

[Characteristics and purpose]

1. It is suitable for foam suppression and defoaming of high viscosity or solvent-free systems. In solvent-based or solvent-free systems with high viscosity, bubbles generated by mixing, circulation or other mechanical forces are not easy to fall off or break, resulting in uneven density or uneven surface.

2. With special interface properties, it can effectively inhibit the formation of bubbles, help the internal bubbles rise rapidly to the surface of the film to break it, and promote the leveling effect of the surface. Both roller coating and spray coating have excellent effects.

3. It is suitable for foam suppression and defoaming of unsaturated polyester coatings.

[Scope of application] Unsaturated polyester coating, UV-curable coating, epoxy resin coating

[Add amount and use method] Total amount: 0.1-1.0%
