Tps65283 / - 1 adopts heat-resistant reinforced 4mm × The 4mm vqfn package is a fully functional 4.5V to 18V input voltage Vin, 3.5a/2.5a output current synchronous buck DC to DC (DC-DC) converter. The compact design is optimized by high efficiency and integrated high side and low side metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistors (MOSFETs).

The device also integrates an n-channel MOSFET power switch suitable for distribution system. This device provides an overall power distribution solution suitable for situations requiring precise current limiting and fast protection response.
