Production process of Mingyang continuous carbonization furnace

The continuous carbonization furnace preheating of the charring process can be done by liquefied gas or natural gas. When the furnace temperature of the equipment reaches the material carbonization demand (about 400℃), the material can be feed to the carbonization furnace, then combustible gas will be produced and be sent into the high heating zone through the high-pressure fan. Because of the short distance of the smoke returning pipe, the temperature is still very high, so these liquids such as tar and wood vinegar cannot reach the physical conditions of condensation, then it is directly sent to the burner for combustion. It is equipped with a high pressure fan to transport the tar and wood vinegar to the burner for direct combustion. Otherwise wood tar also contains combustible gases such as hydrogen and methane, and the temperature of these gases has very large amount of heat value. This high heat resource can increase the carbonization process temperature, so that the tar and wood vinegar liquid can be fully used through this second cracking. and immensely reduce the secondary pollution caused by the discharge of wood tar and wood vinegar liquid.
