Product Overview

This kind carbonization stove adopts the method of dry distillation and natural carbonizing, heating the inside materials until it produce fuel gas, tar and final charcoa, 6-8 hours for carbonization and then 4-6hours for cooling, then the charcoal product can be take out by the hoist.

This carbonization stove is our new invention. The inner pot can be hanged outside which saves the cooling time, so the productivity increases largely, which is an ideal choice for mass production. This type of furnace adopts the structure of unique air storage chamber, to fully reuse the smoke produced during the process of carbonization, 80% of the redundant smoke can be used in drying and carbonization which saves energy and increases the enterprise revenue.

It has features of convenient operation, good safety, high production efficiency, energy saving and good environmental protection performance.

Production process:

1. Open the sealing cover to insert the basket in one side, and put the raw material (such as wood logs, wood briquettes,

wood chips, coconut shell or macadamia-nut shell). If the raw material is the granular size (such as coconut shell or
macadamia-nut shell), put the cylinder venting in the basket firstly. There should be enough space inside to
guarantee the carbonizing completely.

2. Set up the basket and use the hoisting tools to put it in the main charcoal stove. In addition, put the cover and use the
sand or mud to seal the connection pats.

3. After doing these preparing work, heat the base of the stove by fuel material. With the temperature of rising,
some smoke will come out from the exhaust port.

4. When the temperature of the basket reach to high degree (different raw material has different temperature), and the smoke color becomes light yellow, connect fume extraction tube at once, let the smoke return back to the stove and stop heating by the fuel at the same time.

5. Take out the basket and insert another empty one to repeat the above process.

Features:

1. High carbonization rate up to 99% and high output (3-4ton per day).

2. Energy-saving (1000kg charcoal just need 30kg firewood or 15kg liquid gas for heating).

3. Smokeless, little pollution (we have two important system to recycle and purify the smoking and gas flow, and the 95% smoking will be reused for heating the stove again, and the heating resource can use the liquid gas).

4. Easy for loading and unloading (we will supply some steel basket for buyers to load the wood so as to keep the good look of the charcoal).

5. Easy for transportation, save much transport charge (the inner stove can be stack together when loading, which can save almost 50% space).

6. Suitable for all kinds of raw material, especially for the coconut shell, palm shell, wood log, wood branch, bamboo, etc.
