Product Overview

This carbonization furnace is an external heating and internal drying carbonizing machine. The whole production process produces no harmful gas and no smoke emission. It is a new design for carbonizing sawdust, nuts, rice husks and other agriculture waste.

It includes quantitative feeding, forced feeder, main carbonizer, ignition and distribution, cooling and discharging machine, dust removal system, flue gas recovery system, smoke removal system, combustion system, gasifier, ignition nozzle, ignition and alarm equipment, water cooling system, power distribution cabinet.

1. Cylinder horizontal, outside diameter and length can be customized. Hot spot in the middle of the cylinder, host structure is simple, easy to operate.
