Product Overview

This continuous carbonization furnace is an external heating and internal drying carbonizing machine. The whole production process produces no harmful gas and no smoke emission. It is a new design for carbonizing sawdust, nuts, rice husks and other agriculture waste.

It includes quantitative feeding, forced feeder, main carbonizer, ignition and distribution, cooling and discharging machine, dust removal system, flue gas recovery system, smoke removal system, combustion system, gasifier, ignition nozzle, ignition and alarm equipment, water cooling system, power distribution cabinet.

It works continuous and needs about 30 mins from feeding the raw material to getting the finished charcoal. If you need high capacity, this type is your best choice.

1. Cylinder horizontal, outside diameter and length can be customized. Hot spot in the middle of the cylinder, host structure is simple, easy to operate.

2. Compared with the previous generation of vertical pipe carbonization machine, its design is more reasonable, reduce the failure rate of more than 80%. In addition, the feeding size of the host machine increases by more than 20-30mm.

3. The main engine cylinder keeps rotating, to avoid combustion small shortcomings, greatly extend the service life. At the same time, the output and carbonizing uniformity and quality have been greatly improved.
