Our charcoal making furnace adopts the method of dry distillation and high temperature nature pyrolysis carbonizing process. This price of carbonization furnace is our new invention, using the structure of unique burning chamber, to fully reuse the smoke produced during the process of carbonization. And 80% of the redundant smoke also can be used in drying and carbonization which saves energy and increases the enterprise revenue. And the operation is very convenient: Heating the inside materials until it produces fuel gas ,tar and final charcoal; 6-8 hours for regular carbonization process and then 8-10 hours for cooling, then the charcoal product can be take out by the moving trolley, less labor required. It is widely used to carbonize raw wood, wood lumbers,branches,birch tree wood,oak tree, all kinds fruit tree woods, coconut shell, biomass stalks, jute sticks, palm leaves,empty fruit bunches, waste peanut shell rice husk briquettes, etc, wooden materials with carbon fibers.

Firstly, we open the sealing door. Then we can put the raw materials( such as the wood logs, wood briquettes, wood chips, coconut shell or macadamia-nut shell). If the raw materials are the granular size ( such as coconut shell or macadamia-nut shell). We should put the cylinder venting in the trolley firstly. Because there should be enough space inside to guarantee the carbonizing completely.
Then we push the loaded trolley into the furnace.
After doing these preparing work, we begin to heat in the base of the stove by fuel materials. With the temperature of rising, some smoke will come out from the exhaust port
When the temperature of inner furnace reaches to high degree ( different raw materials has different temperature). When the smoke color becomes light yellow, we should connect fume extraction tube at once, let the smoke return back to the stove. Also stop heating by the fuel at the same time. The materials ( wood logs or the shell) are under the progress of carbonizing.
When the temperature reach to 450 degree, should stop heating, disconnect the jointing parts. Taking the trolley out from the furnace. We can get the final charcoal out from the furnace.
