 This shisha charcoal dryer is suitable for drying many kinds materials. Expecially for charcoal briquettes. The full name of shisha charcoal dryer is a box-type dryer. It dries the briquettes inside evenly, fastly and with high efficiency, the materials are not easy to stick. It can realize automatic temperature control and automatic moisture drainage, which can keep the dried materials  in good quality and performance. The shape of the product can maintain totally after drying  and can also improve the quality of the products. Electric heating can do automatic temperature control, automatic moisture exhaust, and adjustable moisture exhaust speed . The dryer also can use other  kind fuel to heat, such as coal cokes, wood, oil, gas, biomass, etc. For example the coal-fired hot blast stove has reasonable configuration, so that the working temperature is between 35℃-85℃, and no special management is required, just adding coal regularly.

Working principle of shisha charcoal dryer:

 The heat source used in the dryer is the pure hot air provided by the hot air stove or the pure hot air heated by the electric heating conpressor. The temperature of the hot air is adjustable and controllable. After the hot air enters the dryer, the high-temperature and high-humidity axial fan in the box is working to force the air changing. The hot air penetrates and circulates inside the material. The circulating wind direction is automatically controlled by the meter. The time can be set arbitrarily. Generally, the wind direction is changed once more than 30 minutes, and the tide is discharged naturally by the louvered tide outlet in the middle of the dryer. In this way, the materials of the layer can be dried evenly and quickly..
