working principle of sawdust rotary dryer:

1.In this system ,wet raw material is input into hopper by screw feeder. Then the large volum of hot air produced by the fuel furnace mixed with the wet powder in the rotary drum and moved through drying chamber by the power of fan blower. 
2.As the material travels along the rotary drum, it keeps the suspending state together with the fast moving hot air and moisture and is rendered dry at the discharge end .humid air is continuously exhausted, thus the material is dried.

 Working process of sawdust rotary dryer:

1.Put the sawdust into the sawdust rotary dryer with transfer system, field by raising plate devide which are uniform distributor in the drum cylinder.

2.The sawdust are evenly distributed in rotary drum dryer cylinder, then fully contact with the hot air, speed um the drying heat and mass transfer. 

3.During the drying process, under the effect of plate and hot treatment in rotary drum dryer, the materials are dried evenly and efficiently.
