Hot air flow dryer, also known as pipe dryer, with secondary circulation heating system, is our company's newly developed advanced drying equipment, with automatic feeding, fast hot air speed, airflow and materials fully mixed, drying strength, less dust, drying capacity and other characteristics.The moisture content of raw materials is less than 40%, once drying can meet the requirements of rod coal production, compared with the common dryer, greatly reduce the labor intensity.

 Air flow dryer Working Principle:

Wet materials are input into the hopper. It uses the varying diameters of branch segments of pulse tube and continual change of air flow speed to constantly thrash the material for drying.The fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly. And then hot air is flowing and going though the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and the dried materials are discharged from the outlet with air lock.

The selection of drying plant models depends on the original moisture content of raw materials. we have two kinds of dryer machine,one is air flow type ,the other one is rotary drum type.

It is suitable for dry biomass materials, like: sawdust, rice husk, grass, straw and stalks, peanut shell powder, coconut shell and so one.

Hot airflow type dryer:
A: Raw materials should be sawdust, suitable for drying the moisture 20-50% Final moisture 8-12% .                          
B: Diameter of raw materials: <3mm & < 5mm.                    
C: Temperature of Hot Air: 180-250 °.                        
D: Working principle: The stoves (boilers) generate hot air, then through the fan to dry the materials.
E: This wood dryer reduces the moisture to 8-12% with the advantages of lower cost consumption and high efficiency.
F: The wood dryer is equipped one fuel boiler, inlet, steel pipe, exhaust blower (fan), cyclone. Wet materials are input into the hopper. The fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly. And then hot air is flowing and going though the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and the dried materials are expelled out by the exhaust blower (fan).

Double stove hot airflow type dryer:
This dryer is suitable for drying materials of moisture 30-60%. Wet material is input into the hopper. The dryer is equipped with two fuel boilers, inlet, steel pipe, exhaust blower (fan), air lock and cyclone. Wet materials are input into the hopper. The fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly. And then hot air is flowing and going though the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and the dried materials are discharged from the outlet with air lock. This wood dryer can reduces the moisture to 8-12% one time with the advantages of lower cost consumption and high efficiency. 

How to make the charcoal briquette with using sawdust :

 1.Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm).
 2. Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%.
 3. Put the material into feed let of briquette machine.
 4.Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive.
 5.Carbonized the briquette stick.
