Vacuum Freeze dryer
Freeze drying machine system by the refrigeration system,vacuum system,heating system,electrical instrumentation control system.Freeze drying machine main components for drying oven,condenser ,refrigeration units,vacuum pump,heating/cooling devices.etc.
Freeze drying (hereinafter referred to as the freeze-dried) is to aquifer material,first freeze into solid,and then make the moisture from the solid sublimate to gas ,to remove moisture and ways of preserving material .In the process of compressed air drying ,the freeze drying is by lowering the temperature of compressed air,make the moisture in the compressed air precipitation.The working principle of freeze drying machine (person) like refrigerator,compressed air after frozen compressed air piping,compressed air temperature drop to the required temperature,as to meet the requirement of drying .
Advantages of vacuum Freeze dryer :
Freeze -dried law basically under -0 degree,namely,under the product freeze state only in the later when reduce the residual water content of the products,to make products to more than 0 degree temperature,but is generally not more than 40 degree.Under the condition of vacuum, when water vapor directly to sublimation, products with stay frozen ice shelf ,forms a spongy porous structure, so it is dry after size is almost the same .Before using again ,as long as add water for injection,and immediately dissolved .The lyophilizer relative to conventional methods,lyophilization method has the following advantages:
1.Many heat-sensitive material will not occur degeneration or inactivation.
2.Dry at low temperature ,volatile component loss some of the material is very samll.
3.in the process of freeze-drying ,the role of the growth of microbes and enzymes to ,so can keep the original character.
4.Due to dry under the frozen state,so the volume is almost the same ,to keep the original structure,enrichment phenomenon will not occur.
5.Due to the material in the water after the precool exist ice crystals form,the original dissolve in the water dissolved inorganic material is evenly distributed in the material .Sublimation,soluble in water soluble materials are precipitation,general drying method is avoided because of material carried by internal moisture migration to the surface of inorganic salts in the surface precipitation and surface hardening phenomenon.
6.after drying of material is porous ,as sponge,add water dissolve quickly and completely ,after almost immediately restore the original character.
7.Due to drying under the vacuum,oxygen is few,so the easy oxidation of some substances have been protected .
8.Will drying out 95%-99%water,dry products can be long-term preservation and not bad.
9.Due to the material in a frozen state,the temperature is very low ,so require heating of the heat source temperature is not high,the normal temperature or low temperature heater can meet the requirements. if separate freezer and drying chamber,drying chamber without thermal insulation,won't have a lot of heat loss,therefore,the use of heat energy is economic.
