1.In this system ,wet raw material is input into hopper by Belt feeder. Then the large volum of hot air produced by the fuel furnace goes into the heating tubes inside the rotary drum, then thansfer the heating to the wet materials being dried. By this indirect heating method (separate the hot air from the materials)we can avoid the accident fire because of higher temperature and the materials overlog through the drying chamber, and protect the final drying quality. 
2.As the material travels along the rotary drum, it keeps the suspending state together with the heating tubes with fast moving hot air inside and moisture is evaporated at the discharge hole .humid air is continuously exhausted, thus the material is dried.

 Working process of kiln dried firewood:

1.Put the sawdust into the rotary drum dryer with belt conveyor system, field by raising plate devide which are uniform distributor in the drum cylinder.

2.The sawdust are evenly distributed in rotary drum dryer cylinder, then fully contact with the heating tubes, mass transfer of the heating. 

3.During the drying process, under the effect of plate and hot treatment in rotary drum dryer, the materials are dried evenly and efficiently.
