Charcoal briquettes dryer is a tray dryer used to reduce the moisture of charcoal briquettes. Usually, after briquetting, there will be 25%-30% moisture, which makes charcoal unavailable for sale or direct use. At room temperature, it takes 2-5 days to dry. In order to solve this problem, we designed this charcoal dryer. The moisture content can be reduced to less than 3%.

In addition, the dryer is made of 304 stainless steel, so it can also be used to dry various fruits and vegetables, such as dates, peppers, carrots, beans, garlic, longan, fungus, hawthorn, mushrooms, etc. Chrysanthemum, lemon, rose and other herbal tea materials and ginseng and other Chinese herbal medicines can also be dried by this dryer.

Drying timperature& Time:

According to our experience in drying charcoal briquettes over the years, the temperature inside the dryer should be around 180-200 degrees, and the drying time depends on the moisture content of your briquettes! For example, usually the moisture is about 30%-35%, and the drying time should be about 4 hours or half of it is about 4 hours, otherwise it will not be completely dried!
