KCT20 series pneumatic bump test system, has replaced the traditional mechanical cam type bump table, is applied to electronic components or devices and other electric and electronic products that are subjected to repetitive shock in use or transportation.
Functions and features:
◆Full air pressure driving bump, clean and environmentally friendly, good repeatability and high reliability;
◆ The bump frequency can be controlled by adjusting the air pressure, the bump frequency is continuously adjustable, the system is more stable and reliable, the bump frequency is high, and the software operation is convenient;
◆ The test time and bump frequency times can be set arbitrarily, and the test system will automatically stop after the test is completed, which is convenient for users to operate;
◆The controller has door protection, flywheel protection and zero signal protection, to ensure system safety;
◆ The drop height is adjustable. Use computer control measurement system.
When the pulse width is fixed, you only need to input overload value, the drop height will be automatically adjusted by the computer, and the adaptive adjustment of the bump process can be realized, to ensure the repeatability of the bump overload.
