KCT50 series transportation simulation test system is used to check the capacity of the shock and vibration and other actual road situations applied on all kinds of goods with specific load in the road transportation process under the simulated actual road condition in the lab, to get the result of affecting the goods loading and unloading, transportation, package, sealing and internal products by the actual working condition, therefore, which can be a basis to assess or determine the product and its package.

Functions and features:

◆The transportation simulation test system reproduces the vibration environment of the car while driving on the road in the laboratory. Use the method of approach by sub frequency band to simulate broadband random vibration, every sub frequency band has a primary natural frequency (equivalent to the natural frequency), and satisfies the power spectrum of the sub frequency band. As for the vibration energy level, transportation vibration parameters conform to actual road spectrum, at the same time, running time of tester is equal to the actual running time;

◆ Acceleration factor is able to be adjusted with a truck chassis suspension technology applied;

◆ AC (alternating current) frequency conversion control;

◆ The customer only needs to place the machine on a flat marble or concrete floor when installation, without any special foundation or additional complicated operation or installation.
