zero drop test system
KCT40 series zero drop test system is mainly used to simulate the resist drop and shock performance of the larger and heavier package products, which has a stronger power system and unique sample holder, make it easy load and unload the larger and heavier products, after automatically rises to the set height, the drop test is completed. It can realize the drop test of the edges, faces and angles of the specimens. The device is used to check the drop bearing capacity of the packaging products during transportation and loading/ unloading process, to improve and perfect the package design.
Functions and features:
◆ It adopts pneumatic and servo motor drive mode, the lifting process is stable, with upper and lower displacement limits, which is safe and reliable;
◆ It adopts double rail guide and supplies an unique lifting method, which the height can be set to any value, to meet the different needs of users;
◆ It can fix the specimen in different directions of edge, face, and angle to do a drop test;
◆ The tester that is fully automatically controlled by PLC and equipped with a large size true color touch LCD screen, offers a user-friendly display interface, convenient and quick to operate;
◆The tester only needs to be placed on a flat marble or concrete floor for installation, without any special foundation or additional complicated operation or installation;
◆Remote control can be realized to ensure the safety of operators. (customized function);
