KCT70 series hydraulic vibration test system is a tester that can convert the high pressure liquid energy into power to ensure the actuating element’s reciprocating motion of the application cylinder, through the electro-hydraulic servo valve as an energy conversion and amplification device. The frequency can be very low, and the pushing force can be very large, similar to the electrodynamic vibration test system, it can realize sinusoidal vibration, random vibration, multi-point excitation and shock bump by changing its control mode. It can be used in the vibration that transportation tools such as containers, products with large package, mechanical products, electronic and electric products are subjected to in the actual environment, to improve the structure of product and save cost.
Functions and features:
◆Hydraulic vibration test system can achieve sinusoidal vibration, random vibration, multi-point excitation and shock pump;
◆ The hydraulic vibration test system can realize low-frequency excitation, and has high pushing force and prevents violence, therefore, it can be applied to simulate earthquake excitation, ammunition loading and others;
◆High-strength aluminum cast or magnesium cast table, ensures the uniformity, consistency and high reproducibility of vibration, and avoids the deformation of the table;
