high acceleration shock test system
KCT13 series high acceleration shock test system is specially developed to meet the requirements of military industry, home appliances and other industries. The system adopts the principle of air pressure storage expansion, by adjusting the air inflation pressure, it is convenient to implement various high energy acceleration tests in a short stroke.
For classical free drop shock tester, to achieve high acceleration, it is equipped with a shock amplifier which is for general free drop shock tester.
Functions and features:
◆Windows-based stable control system: fully automatic remote control interface, the operator only needs to input simple values, KCT90 series shock and bump measuring controller can accurately complete the shock test;
◆ Unique driving method: driven by air pressure energy storage, low cost, no pollution, clean and tidy;
◆ Automatic control of lifting height: After the height setting is completed, the computer automatically controls the lifting height of table, high accuracy and good repeatability;
◆Forged aluminum/ steel table with high performance: Forged aluminum -magnesium alloy and special composite table, provides a higher strength and hardness, and a much higher first-order resonance frequency, low noise, and no clutter;
◆Easy installation: the device is equipped with high-performance buffer vibration isolation device, no need for special foundation, easy and reliable to install;
◆ Perfect measurement system: there are various waveform tolerance zones in the system memory, which is convenient for users to adjust and apply, and automatically complete the test report generation after the test is over;
◆ System compatibility: compatible with a variety of shock measurement and analysis software systems, to provide users with more choices;
