Clear tempered glass

Clear tempered glass is made of clear float anneal glass putting into the tempering machine and then enhance its strength and safety.

To produce clear tempered glass, first of all, you need to cut the clear anneal glass to your final size, and do the edgework for it, and then put it into the tempering furnace. with heating to around 700 degree and then cool down rapidly by a wind jet.  Thus causing the surface into compression meanwhile the inner size still in tension.  This kind of thermal treatment can enhance the strength more than 5 times than normal anneal glass.

Clear tempered glass is also one kind of safety glass, because it will shatter into small pieces with obtuge angles which will do no harm to human beings.
