10mm toughened glass has 5 times strength more than normal 10mm float glass. It is also known as safety glass. Not easy to break. And even when broken, it will shatter into very small pieces with obtuse angle which will do no harm to human being. Meanwhile the toughened glass has very good temperature resistent ability. 

To acheived tempered strength. First of all, you need to cut the float glass to your final size, and then do the edgework for the glass. after that, put the glass into temper machine, with heating to around 700 degree and then cooling down rapidly by a wind jet. Thus causing the outer surface in compression whereas the inner side still in tension, which cause the toughtened glass strength 5 times more than normal float glass.

Generally, our minumum quantity is one 20ft full container, if your quantity is less than one full container, the price will be much higher.

We accept mix some glass in one container, just like:
- clear float glass with silver mirror;
- bronze/grey/blue tinted glass and reflective glass;
- clear float glass with clear laminated glass.

For all the glass from Sun Global Glass, we will pack them into strong export plywood crates and load the crates into container with metal belt as stable as possible. If unfortunately by accident, the glass broken, we will have insurance to cover the risk, because for all the glass from our company, we will purchase the insurance to cover all the risk for customers freely.

6- Can you send me some samples to check your quality?
Sure, we could send the free samples for you any time. But for fair business, you pay for courier charge. If you have courier account like DHL, TNT, FX, send the detail account information for us, and then, we send out the samples ASAP. If you don't have courier account, transfer the courier charge for us, we will pay for DHL, and we will refund the courier charge for you once we start business.
