ZT1600 Rotary Table Shot Blast Cleaning Machine For Small Hardware 1. Function Surface cleaning and burnishing for small medium hardware, aluminium alloy, precise           castings, valves, engine rod, gears, diaphragm spring, etc. Specially used for workpieces which will be destroyed or broken by collision. Single side cleaning. Workpieces have to be turned over if another side also needs to be blasted. 2. Working principle Place the work-pieces on the table, the upper roated impeller head sends shots out and           blasts on the work-pieces. The cycloidal pin gear reducer drives the friction wheel, rubs against the table by a cluch           mechanism and makes the terrace rotate stably. Theworkpieces can be blasted completely and           uniformly under 180º angle. Then the workpieces coming out along with the rotary table. Take the workpieces off if           cleaning work done, or turn them over if another side also need to be cleaned. Turn off the clutch hand shank, the terrace separate from the friction wheel and stops            rotating.  Turn back the clutch hand shank, the terrace starts to ratate and work again. The shots and waste sands goes into the hoister and be sent to the splitter for separating. The splitted clean shots goes into the shots conveying pipe and be sent to impeller head for            work again. The waste sands and dust go into other pipes for sencond splitting and treatment. 4. Main Parameters​

5. Features & Advantaes of Our Shot Blasting Machine

Taiwan technology Core components all sourced from Taiwan. 3-5 times of lifespan than nomal shot blasting machine. Machine inside has two impeller head from different coords, the position and shoting anglee           is specially designed to maximumly reduce blasting dead zone. Use Taiwan high wear-resistance impeller head, wear-resistant parts can be used for 1500-           2500 hours. Use high wear & blasting resistant steel guard plate, high chromium molybdenum alloy with           26.5-28% chromium. Lifespan 2-3 years. Every import transmission parts have proximity switches to avoid further work when there is           any fault. Pulse bag dust collector collecting bag and electro-magnetic pulse valve from Taiwan. Winnowing splitter inside special design give 99% splitting rate. Pneumatic controller controls
