Hanger Type Shot Blasting Machine Description

The shot-blasting machines type are the most versatile in terms of typical employment and size of the materials to be treated. In fact the customer can choose the size and loading capacity of the machine according to the parts to be shot-blasted. The materials are hanged on the hook, and this is manually or automatically transferred into the blasting room. Once in position, the hook starts to rotate on its axis and move back and forward in front of the turbines (mounted on one side of the machine). These combined movements ensure the complete shot-blasting of the parts external surface.

Hanger Type Shot Blasting Machine Features

1. Blasting chamber: chamber wall is made from 12mm strong alloy plate with a high chromium content. And the edges are all with additional welding by stainless steel electrode. So the chamber is wearable and it will be of long life time.

2. Spinner hanger system: The track is designed according to the mobile carrier moving regulation. So it is of easy to control and with high safty performance. And the crane is of low failure rate as we use KADU electronic hoist.

3. Blasting wheel: High efficient blasting wheel, Taiwan made. It is of high blasting capacity, fast blasting speed, low noise, wide blasting angle and high efficient, etc.

4. Elevator system: Taiwan made gear reducer with low noise and low failure rate. It is also equipped with specified wearable rubber which contains 6 layers tailor-made fiber layer. 

5. Separator system: advanced winnowing separator with special designed construction which makes out 99% separation rate. And also we applied our self-designed pneumatic controller to control the shots flow to ensure the uniform velocity. This avoid burning up of the motor in case of too much shots.

6. Screw conveyor: shots will be not easy to accumulate as special design.

7. Dust collector: impulse type collector, which is much better than vibratory collect.

8. Electronic control system: one button start system with emergency stop button in any operaion site which ensure the safty of the workers. And also there are alarm light to help you find the problem, then to solve problem quickly.

1. Start the fan of the dust collector.

2. Start the elevator, blasting wheel and shot supply valve in turn. 

3. Then lower one hanger hook, loading the workpieces. And the hanger hook go into the blasting chamber along the track. And close the door of blasting chamber.
