Apron Rubber Belt Shot Blasting Machine Description
Apron rubber belt shot blasting machine is a small shot blasting cleaning equipment, mainly by the room the shotblast cleaning, shot blasting machine assembly, hoisting machine, separator, shot blasting machine electrical system and other accessories.
It is suitable for small and medium sized castings, forgings, stampings, the gear, spring and other parts of deoxidization, rust removal, remove scale and surface strengthening, are especially suitable for the cleaning of parts and reinforcement.

Working principle
1. Reducer drives the loading crane to load the work-piece hopper and sends the work-pieces into the cleaning room.
2. The shots come out from abrasive impeller and blast on the work-pieces.
3. The shots and waste sands goes into the hoister and be sent to the splitter for separating.
4. The splitted clean shots collected by shot circulating device and go into the abrasive impeller for shotting work.
5. The waste sands goes out from waste pipe.
6. The dust sucked by blower and be sent to dust catcher, filtering clean air out and the dust to the dust collecting box which needed to be cleaned regularly.

Optimised shot blast effect
During shot blasting, the workpieces, regardless of size and shape, are evenly and continuously tumbled. This is necessary for the effective and uniform treatment of all surfaces.
During tumbling, the workpieces continually undergo shot removal, enabling workpiece interiors and cavities to be perfectly cleaned. For the complete removal of all shot, the final tumbling time that follows the shot blast sequence can be regulated to suit the type of workpieces being blast cleaned. The tightly sealed, leak-proof blast chamber minimises shot consumption.
Operation Attentions
1. All the machine operator must be to this specification and its principle of work performance and operation method, lubrication, etc have a comprehensive understanding, in order to operate;
2. Will the projectile (200 kg) in succession to join chamber body, and then into the workpiece, closed loading door, ready to drive;
3. Start the filter fan;
4. Start button: in order for pill gate hoist, shot blasting machine, and began to clean up. Cleaned up after the button closure in turn: used for pill gate, shot blasting machine, elevator, dust collector fan, restart vibrating motor ash removal, to a certain time after the shaking stopped;
5. After shot blasting machine stop completely, open the door of feeding, will the tooling and artifacts.
6. In case of an emergency, can according to the urgent stop button, the machine immediately stop all work;
7. All the work has been completed, should be timely close the filter;
8. Everyday after work, all the machine should be clean again;
