The gold ore, lead ore, copper floatation machine not only suitable for separation gold ore , lead ore, copper ore but also used in non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, precious metals, non-metallic mineral and chemical raw materials, recovering useful minerals. This BF series flotation machine is with large inspiratory capacity inflow and low energy consumption.
How flotation machine works?
When gold ,lead ore, copper ore flotation machine works, slurry is inhaled from the bottom of the trough to the space between impellers. Meanwhile, the low pressure air send by fan is sent to this area through the air distributor in the hollow shaft. After sufficient mixing, the slurry is pushed out by the impeller, and then goes to the whole trough.
Characteristics of BF flotation Machine:
1. The impeller consists of closed double section cones, which can produce strong down-circulation;
2. Big air inlet amount, low energy consumption;
3. Each trough has the function of air suction, ore pulp suction and flotation, it can make a flotation circuit itself, with no auxiliary equipments. The horizontal configuration makes it easy to change process;
4. Rational ore pulp circulation reduces coarse sand sediment;
5. There are automatic and electric control devices of ore pulp level, which makes easy adjustment.
