Coal separate Flotation Machine For mining processing :
XJM series Flotation machine is mainly used for the coal slime flotation less than 0.5mm, it is the mechanical agitation, its principle is to use the slurry and air created by the negative pressure from the rotation of impeller in the impeller suction, makes them evenly mixed in the pharmacy, and use the different bubble adsorbability from the coal and impurities adsorbed to reach the separation purposes.
How flotation machine works?
When gold ,lead ore, copper ore flotation machine works, slurry is inhaled from the bottom of the trough to the space between impellers. Meanwhile, the low pressure air send by fan is sent to this area through the air distributor in the hollow shaft. After sufficient mixing, the slurry is pushed out by the impeller, and then goes to the whole trough.
When the froth rises to the stable level, after the enrichment processing, froth overflows to the froth trough from the overflow weir. Another part of ore slurry flows to lower part of impeller for the re_mis with air. The remained slurry flows to the next trough until becomes residue.
Characteristics of the flotation Machine:
1. The impeller consists of closed double section cones, which can produce strong down-circulation;
2. Big air inlet amount, low energy consumption;
3. Each trough has the function of air suction, ore pulp suction and flotation, it can make a flotation circuit itself, with no auxiliary equipments. The horizontal configuration makes it easy to change process;
4. Rational ore pulp circulation reduces coarse sand sediment;
5. There are automatic and electric control devices of ore pulp level, which makes easy adjustment.
