Mineral cone crusher is a machine used for breaking big rocks into minor rocks, gravels or rock dusts. The crusher is widely used for all kinds of medium and fine crushing rocks with compressive strength under 350MPa in mining, cement industry, sand industry, metallurgy and other fields. It is especially suitable for materials with Mohs hardness , such as iron ore, non-ferrous metallic ore, granite, limestone, quartzite, sandstones, pebbles, etc.

Application of Metallic mineral crusher:

This series of cone crushers can be subdivided into Coarse Crushing cone crusher, Medium Crushing cone crusher and fine crushing cone crusher. Customers can choose any type needed.

Crushing cavity is specifically designed for different uses. The standard type is used for coarse and medium crushing while the short head type for medium and fine crushing.

Operating Principle

Cone crusher consist of frame, transmission device, hollow eccentric shaft, bowl-shaped bearing, crushing cone, springs and hydraulic pressure station for adjusting discharge opening.

During operation, the motor drives the eccentric shaft shell to turn around through a horizontal axle and a pair of bevel gear. The axle of crushing cone swings with the force of eccentric shaft shell so that the surface of the crushing wall is close to the roll mortar wall from time to time.

Discharge gate comes with wide adjustable range(see details in the parameter table as below) to meet different requirements of customers.

This crushing equipment saves energy by 15%-30%, and energy saving rate of entire system is nearly doubled.

The lubricating system of our jaw crusher is reliable, safe and easy for part replacement, making for small maintenance load, less downtime and high service efficiency.
