Best Brewing Method: For better tea drinking, water at 90-95℃ is preferred for Dongding Oolong. Use cover-bowl or clay tea pot to make tea. Warm the pot with boiling water to prolong the heat preservation and fragrance.
First brewing: It’ll stretch and release the scent and flavor in 40s.
Second brewing: It needs 30s about 10s less than the first brewing.
Third brewing: It needs 35s. Drinking a little water after it, you can obviously feel the sweet after taste. Tai Tea thinks highly of foundation, it has a special taste in the throat.
Forth brewing: 40s. Accumulate addition per 10s.
You can leave it for seconds or until desired taste is reached. Tai Tea has good resistance to brew, the flavor can last after 9-10 brewing.
Storage: Keep the tea sealed and in a dry place away from moisture, the sun, peculiar smell and high temperature.
