Quantity of Tea: According to the size of the container (pot or covered cup). Generally is to the half place of the container.

Quantity of Water: According to the quantity of tea make it about 20-25 ml per gram tea.

Water temperature: The temperature should be over 98℃ at primary boiling especially the first brewing.

Soak period: 10s-1min for the first time and 20s-1.5 min for the second times just as you like. 30s-3mins is better for the third times. You can prolong the time gradually after that. Keep the liquor color in line with the third times. Good quality Wuyi Rock Tea can infuse over 6 times
