Primary Xilu brick tea is yellow in color, being the material for producing “Fazhuan tea” and “Fangbao tea”. Excellent in quality, Nanlu brick tea can be brewed for many times. The produced “Zuozhuang tea” can be divided into four levels and eight grades.

Features of Zuozhuang tea: Leaves are coarse in texture, mingled with some tea stems. Leaves roll and fold into rod shape. The luster is brown just as pork liver. Pure in fragrance, the tea is of aged tea smell. After brewing, the tea water is bright red in color. Leaf base is brown and coarse, with a mild taste.
