2 ton per hour wood pellet production line

Brief introduction of the wood pellet production line.

The complete wood pellet production line consists of five parts,they are drying part,crushing part,pelleting part,cooling&screening part and packing part.These parts are connected one by one through conveyors and elevators.

There are also some other  auxiliary components such as cyclone,fan,air locker and so on to keep the production environment clean.

The function of every part:

1.Drying part.The function of the drying part is to reduce the moisture content of your raw materials to a level of 8%-15%.As the suitable moisture cotent of raw materials for making pellets is 8%-15%.

2.Crushing part.The function of the crushing part is to crush the raw materials into 3-5mm powders for supporting pellet making.By the way,if the diameter of your raw materials is very big,then you can crush them first before drying.

3.Pelleting part.The function of the pelleting part is to compress the raw materials into cylindrical pellets under high pressure and high temperature.If your target output is higher than 1000kg/h,then a ring die pellet mill is more suitable for your using.

4.Cooling and screening part.As the final pellets are shaped under high temperature,so when they out of the discharge port of the pellet mill,you should use a cooler to decrease the temperature to natural temperature.The cooler also has the function of screening,so you can get pure pellets after the cooling and screening process.

5.Packing part.Here is a automatic weighing and packing machine.It is made up of four parts,belt conveyor,finish product bin,automatic weighing part and sealing system.
