The main machine is the wood pellet pressmachine.This kind of machine is using suitable size and moisture content to produce wood pellets .

 

Applicable materials for producing pellets

 

The raw material can be any types of agro-forestry waste and forest waste, such as sawdust, wood branches, rice husk, coconut shell, coffee husk, saw dust, coconut fibers, branches, elephant grass, rice husks, groundnut husks, old cartons and cardboard papers, news papers, maize stalks, soybean stalks, cotton stalks, rape stalks,sunflower stalks, wood chips, rice husk, coffee husk, bamboo, mustard stalk and cotton stalks ,nutshell, etc .

 

 

The production processes as follows

 

1.Crushing process-to nake suitable size mateials

2.Drying process-to make materials of suitable moisture

3.If the capacity is big and one single pelet press machine can not reach it.Then you will need the distributor to distribute the materials into two,three or more sets of pellet press machines.Then the machines can work at the same time.

4.Pelleting process-to produce pellets

5.Cooling process-to make the temperation of the pellets

6.Packing process-to pack pellets one bag by one bag.
